Ray and Thatcher has always provided skilled litigation experience in the area of family law, divorce, adoption, and child custody matters. Mr. Ray, with his business experience, usually handles the large property divorces. Many family law attorneys do not have jury trial experience, as does this firm. Probate And Will Contests
Mr. Ray, as a former probate court judge himself (County Judge 1974 to 1982), has handled innumerable Guardianship, Estate and Will matters. Once again, the Ray and Thatcher firm brings litigation experience to the realm of will contests. The firm regularly litigates Will Contests and Estate Matters, having recently successfully tried the only jury guardianship contest in Van Zandt county history.
